I’m a Project Management professional with a decade of experience in coordinating people and processes. I thrive in fast-paced and ever changing environments.
In 2020 I started working with remote tech start-ups and scale-ups where I learned all about Agile project management and certified as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
What I enjoyed the most about Agile was the drive to be as pivotable and efficient as possible when it comes to team collaboration. The never ending urge to improve and do better. This in combination with the fast-paced environment made me fall in love with the startup world.
I quickly switched lanes to Operations, focusing more on improving the overal business processes and ensuring the organisations I worked with runned smoothly and systematically.
Since, I've worked with over 20 startups as an Operations Consultant, Mentor and Coach helping them build a solid base for their future growth. Making their operations sustainable and scalable all the while keeping an eye on the people part of business.
I have a great interest in human psychology, and team dynamics within organisations intrigue me. The past 4 years I've had the chance to see up close what can make or break a successful organisation. I've realised that people can't thrive without processes, and the other way around. Especially in remote work environments.
